What is Astrology ?
CharlotteTriciaHanson.com
"In the celestial bodies themselves there is nothing but light, colors, qualities as indicated
by the colors, warmth, moisture and finally, (down here on earth in the combination of light rays) geometry
or harmony. These are all good things: and no less so is the character of these things that is imprinted on the nature of
the newborn human being; no less so is it, too, a good, salutary order of things as ordained by God, for everything that
created by God is good. But human nature being what it is, and because human understanding misuses this and that quality or
harmony - that is not the fault of the sky, nor its light rays, nor its harmony, nor its character, but rather it is the ill
will that permits itself to be aroused by the original sin, that is at fault."

Astrology is the discipline that observes, analyzes and studies the positions
and motion of the stars (from latin 'astros'), specifically the Sun, the Moon and the Solar System planets, linking their
motion and positions with the development of terrestrial events (ie. a newborn or a particular event). Astrology is the art
of universal synchronicity par excellence, and the oldest science known by the man. It is based on objective observations that
have taken place throughout history in all known civilizations.
Important historical figures who were well-known
astrologers include Johannes Kepler, Galileo Galilei and Nostradamus. To define astrology as the Horoscope or
the Sun Sign columns in newspapers is like degrading literature to the realm of comics in magazines.
Trained for centuries in European universities, nowadays two recognized institutions continue to
teach, The Faculty of Astrological Studies in London in collaboration with Oxford University, and the Kepler College in the United States.
Astrology must be understood as the supreme science and the art of time. The planets by themselves do
not exercise any influence on people. Their cycles however, synchronize with terrestrial events. The whole Solar System
is like a big clock in which our lives are involved.
The influence of astrology on general culture and literature has
been significant from antiquity, and is regarded as an empirical science by some renowned astronomers. Astrology, nevertheless,
must presently be considered outside mechanics of conventional science.
Astrology at the same time is a powerful language.
The language of energy, involves universal archetypes and symbolism, as pointed out by Swiss
Psychologist Carl Jung; he said that astrology represents the sum of all the ancient psychological knowledge of humankind.

Astrology is the most powerful orientation tool available to
us, because it is based on the quality and dynamics
of time, from birth to the present and forwards.
Utilized in the past by the privileged only, today astrology has become available to everyone
through the professional counselling provided by accredited astrologers such as Charlotte Tricia Hanson.
Contrary to
popular belief, astrology doesn't predict your future; it shows however your "astrological weather" for a determined
period of time, and how it can attract certain events to your life.
Astrology is the most powerful tool used for
helping to define your personality, and to therefore to know about yourself and the period of your life you are experiencing.
That is why astrology has been consistently
used throughout history as a reliable tool to locate ourselves and our lives in the big picture under the signals of the stars.
The stars are there to guide us through our lives, as points of reference and celestial markers along
our life path. Ignoring such markers is living blindly, because we lack vital knowledge and orientation about our life
path and purpose.
An astrologer is a technician between you and the stars. He or she will interpret the synchronicity
established from your birth to your death with the development of time as reflected by the dynamics of our Solar System, following
your personal evolution throughout your lifetime.
